A leading eCommerce agency is looking for a highly strategic Account Director to lead one of their largest Amazon clients across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of a multi-category brand across Amazon platforms. As the strategic lead, you’ll oversee a major Amazon Ads account with multiple product categories and multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide two high-performing Account Managers and work closely with the broader European team to drive performance, innovation, and strategic clarity. 🧠 What You’ll Do β€’ Own the Amazon advertising strategy (PPC and DSP) for a key client β€’ Act as the primary strategic partner across regional and global brand stakeholders β€’ Lead internal planning and external communications to ensure campaign alignment and success β€’ Guide and coach Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and insight-driven planning β€’ Develop scalable strategies that combine ad performance, creative, and retail insight β€’ Navigate and coordinate across multiple markets, teams, and timelines βœ… What They’re Looking For β€’ Deep expertise in Amazon PPC and DSP advertising, with a strong understanding of retail media β€’ Strategic thinker with experience working across complex client environments β€’ Excellent client-facing communication skills; confident leading senior-level conversations β€’ Highly organised and able to delegate effectively in fast-paced settings β€’ Experience with cross-market strategy or consumer electronics is a plus β€’ Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable πŸ‘₯ Team Environment β€’ You’ll report to a Senior Director β€’ You'll manage a team of two experienced Account Managers β€’ Collaborate with a wider team across Europe, all focused on eCommerce excellence
