What You’ll Be Doing • Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors • Lead campaign planning, media strategy, and quarterly business reviews • Guide a talented team of account managers and specialists to deliver strong results • Use customer data and insights to build media plans that unlock brand growth • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and learning teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement • Provide mentorship and performance feedback to your team • Identify growth opportunities, support service upselling, and contribute to departmental development • Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behaviour shifts to guide strategy What You’ll Bring • 5+ years in marketing, advertising, or media within a client-facing role • Strong experience with Amazon Advertising, especially DSP and AMC • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills • Proven success in building client relationships and driving revenue • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and act decisively • A collaborative mindset with a coaching approach to team development • Advanced Excel and CRM proficiency a plus
