Role description
An award-winning, VC-backed SaaS startup in the eCommerce enablement space is hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales into the fashion, retail, and lifestyle sector.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role selling a unique, category-defining digital commerce solution that enhances CX and increases profitability for retailers. You'll own the entire enterprise sales cycle from strategic outbound prospecting to C-suite negotiation and close.
The Opportunity:
• Full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales, selling to VP and Director-level stakeholders across Digital, eCommerce, and CX.
• Close complex, high-value (£250K+ ACV) deals with premium UK and international retail brands.
• Use strategic frameworks like MEDDIC, challenger, or consultative sales to build pipeline and progress deals.
• Collaborate closely with commercial leadership to refine GTM strategy, tooling, and reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events and become a trusted expert in digital retail transformation.
What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within eCommerce, payments, retail tech, or marketplaces.
• Track record of hitting/exceeding £1M+ annual quota and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong outbound motion – experience building pipeline from scratch.
• Comfort selling to both commercial and technical stakeholders; clear, confident communicator.
• Experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM/prospecting stacks.
• Hybrid working (2–3 days/week) in London office required.
Bonus Points For:
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brand partnerships.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Centra.
• Experience in early-stage tech companies or Series A/B startups.
