The Role: Account Executive As an Account Executive at Anagram, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our largest and most strategic accounts. You’ll work closely with talented SDRs to source and close high-value opportunities, using a consultative, solution-based approach to show how Anagram can transform a brand’s commerce experience. You’ll be a key contributor to our growth—building relationships with senior commerce decision-makers, crafting tailored solutions, and closing deals from $5K to $500K+. You’ll also help shape our sales process, GTM motion, and positioning as we define a new category in ecommerce. Primary Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, opportunity management, solution design, negotiation, and closing. • Manage multiple complex deals simultaneously and navigate stakeholder-heavy buying cycles. • Collaborate with BDRs to generate pipeline and with CSMs to ensure seamless onboarding. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects that translate into long-term partnerships. • Educate brands on how Anagram fits into their ecommerce strategy and technology stack. • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in Salesforce. • Represent Anagram at virtual and in-person industry events. • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform roadmap and messaging. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a closing role, ideally in SaaS, martech, or ecommerce solutions. • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota on $5K–$500K+ deals. • Consultative, solution-based selling skills with a strong discovery process. • Experience selling into ecommerce brands, preferably Shopify/Shopify Plus merchants. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. • CRM experience (Hubspot preferred). • Bonus: prior ecommerce, marketing agency, or AI tech experience.
