Intalex has partnered with an AI startup building cutting-edge real-time personalization solutions for e-commerce websites. Theyβre looking for their first GTM / B2B sales hire to help scale growth and shape the sales process from day one.

The Role:
πΌ Founding GTM hire responsible for full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, closing, and pipeline management
π° Base $75Kβ$100K + OTE $125Kβ$150K (uncapped commission), plus equity
π Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the founding team to define the sales process
π Hybrid β 2 days in-office in NYC, rest flexible
