Tools we use • HubSpot • Zoom • ZoomInfo • Storeleads • PandaDoc • Docusign • Atlassian - Jira & Confluence • Google - Mail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Slack Job Requirements • : Bachelor's degree in any field • Technical Literacy: High level of technical proficiency and comfort with learning about new software and platforms, particularly CRM and automation tools. • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive position, ideally working in ecommerce Required Attributes • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful messages for both automated and direct interactions. • Organisation: Exceptionally detail-oriented with superior organisational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and a large client portfolio simultaneously. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client issues and propose effective, scalable solutions. • Initiative and Drive: A highly proactive self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of a large client book, and drive results through both direct engagement and automated strategies. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and continuously learn new technologies and processes. • Willingness to learn: The successful candidate will be provided training on processes and systems and will have an opportunity to develop (and learn about our technologies) so must be willing to learn. • Location: Must be based in London and able to work in the office 3 days per week. Job Responsibilities Role Specifics As an Account Executive, you will be pivotal in driving our company's profitable growth. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from developing strategic relationships with prospects and partners to generating demand and nurturing leads through to a successful close. Our established carrier partnerships will provide you with a unique advantage, offering direct introductions to some of the most prominent and well-known UK retailers. What You’ll Be Doing You will drive our growth by winning new customers, selling our software to ecommerce businesses in the UK. Your core responsibilities include owning the entire sales cycle, from identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to converting prospects into signed contracts. You will achieve this through a strategic mix of direct outbound sales activity and demand generation via our key partnerships. Following a successful close, you'll collaborate closely with our Integrations and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will also play a key role in our go-to-market strategy by contributing to target account mapping and intelligence, working directly with our Business Development and Channel teams on our engagement strategy with carrier partners.
