Weβre working with a fast-scaling, international eCommerce and digital advertising agency that supports a diverse portfolio of well-known consumer brands across multiple online retail platforms. They're now hiring a strategic and people-focused Account Director to drive growth, lead performance, and steer innovation across one of their key client partnerships.
π§ The Opportunity
As Account Director, youβll lead two experienced Account Managers and collaborate closely with advertising specialists, creatives, and cross-functional teams across Europe. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same β youβll shape client strategy, own full-funnel media planning, and be a trusted voice in high-level conversations around growth, budget, and performance.

π― What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Leading day-to-day relationships with a flagship client account
β’ Developing and presenting strategic media plans using hard data, customer insights, and performance metrics
β’ Leading QBRs, budget reviews, and campaign performance deep dives
β’ Overseeing PPC & DSP strategy (SKAI platform experience desirable)
β’ Partnering with internal teams (Finance, Business Development, L&D, and Senior Leadership) to ensure full alignment on performance, invoicing, and team development
β’ Coaching and mentoring your team β driving accountability, performance, and growth
β’ Identifying and solving gaps in training and execution, collaborating with L&D to scale departmental capabilities
β’ Driving revenue growth, expanding relationships, and delivering exceptional client value

What Weβre Looking For
β’ Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising β both PPC and DSP (AMC experience a big plus)
β’ Proven experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
β’ Commercially minded and confident presenting to senior stakeholders
β’ Comfortable making decisions without having the full picture β agile, adaptable, and quick-thinking
β’ Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of how data informs performance
β’ Excellent project and client management capabilities, with attention to detail across invoicing, CRM, and media execution
β’ Fluent English required. European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a bonus
