About the Role:
Our client, a global provider of e-commerce services, is seeking experienced Account Managers to support the expansion of their North American operations. Specializing in Amazon operations, digital advertising, and marketing strategy, the company partners with leading brands to optimize performance across major e-commerce platforms. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work directly with clients, manage key accounts, and drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fully understanding their business objectives and aligning internal resources to meet their needs
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns and projects
β’ Proactively manage and communicate account performance through regular updates, reports, and business reviews
β’ Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development initiatives
β’ Plan, execute, and optimize advertising and marketing strategies across platforms such as Amazon and Google
β’ Leverage and implement best practices (e.g., AMC, VoM, VoC, VoS) to enhance campaign effectiveness
β’ Track and analyze ROI/ROAS, generate insights, and take actionable steps to optimize performance
β’ Lead quarterly and annual business reviews to support client renewals and retention
Requirements:
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience managing and executing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Amazon, Google, or similar platforms
β’ Prior experience in an agency setting strongly preferred
β’ Solid understanding of Amazon operations, with the ability to independently resolve client business challenges
β’ Proven success in digital marketing strategy and paid media within the e-commerce space
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and credibility across a wide range of stakeholders
β’ Excellent project management and organizational abilities; capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
β’ High attention to detail with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
