We are looking for an Account Manager to work with our client brands to support growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders the individual will develop a strong understanding of the brandβs business and how Acorn-iβs solutions can become integral to delivering on client goals.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The role will support the management of key client relationships, driving the development and execution of strategic plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will work closely with senior team members, represent Acorn-i, and will be responsible for owning and managing growth client relationships.
This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and analytical skills, a keen interest in data analysis, and a desire to learn how to leverage insights to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should be eager to develop their skills in using sales analytics tools, be adept at supporting initiatives, and excel at collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for growth clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Support Account Directors in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients.
β’ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for growth clients to optimize their Amazon presence and promote Acorn-i services.
β’ Amazon Account Management: Manage account health across Amazon platforms (Vendor & Seller Central). Track stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and advise on Buy Box performance improvements.
β’ Operational & Listing Management: Oversee PDP optimization to enhance IDQ scores. Manage Parent/Child ASINs, new listings, and ensure branded content is correctly applied. Utilize Amazon case logs to resolve listing issues.
β’ Campaign Support: Assist Advertising Account Managers in executing campaigns aligned with client goals and performance targets.
β’ Sales Analysis: Use Ignite to analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and generate insights with support from senior team members.
β’ Performance Reporting:
β’ Maintain weekly/bi-weekly account updates and assist with MBR/QBR presentations. Leverage Ignite for insight development and planning.
β’ Team Collaboration: Coordinate with account, content, and creative teams to deliver client projects seamlessly.
β’ Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client or account-related issues, troubleshooting challenges across Amazon operations.
β’ Business Reviews & Planning: Support the development of quarterly and annual plans using data storytelling to highlight trends, opportunities, and strategic direction.
