You will report into the Senior Manager of International Sales and will be required to commute into the London office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
This role will focus on building and nurturing existing business partnerships across both brick-and-mortar and wholesale e-commerce accounts in the UK and Ireland. • Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate with global teams—particularly across the US—including Marketing, PR, Merchandising, Operations, Planning, and Finance.
• Deliver results. Lead monthly forecasting and shipping projections, and translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Use data to inform strategy. Monitor weekly sales trends, sell-through, and margins to inform strategic decision-making.
• Champion global standards. Share and implement best practices across international sales accounts to uphold brand integrity and operational excellence.
• Optimise reporting. Establish robust reporting tools and maintain a clear cadence of internal communications.
• Keep a pulse on the market. Track consumer buying behaviours, product opportunities, and competitor activity to inform growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities. Explore growth areas across new categories, channels, and key account partnerships to support sustainable expansion.
• Lead market activations. Host showroom appointments and virtual market weeks, presenting seasonal lines and leading business discussions.
• Maximise retail performance. Work closely with retail partners to drive sales and replenishment, secure premium floor space, and deliver impactful in-store initiatives.
• Activate strategic retail campaigns. Identify opportunities for events, incentives, and pop-ups to support key retail partnerships.
• Conduct store visits and training. Support retail execution with regular visits, floor space negotiations, and staff education to ensure elevated brand representation.
• Plan Joint Business Strategies. Develop and execute seasonal and annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts, aligning on sales targets, assortment, and promotional strategies.
• Guide assortment and line planning. Contribute to regional assortment strategies and provide feedback to Merchandising team based on market needs.
• Mentor junior team members. Support the growth of coordinators by offering guidance, best practices, and cross-functional exposure.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Strong Sales or Account Management, preferably in the fashion industry and with a focus on UK and European markets.
• Demonstrated success in managing wholesale accounts, across physical retail and digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret retail performance through advanced retail math.
• Proven experience in analyzing sales, margin, assortment planning, forecasting, and inventory for premium/luxury products.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a confident, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate with strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
• Familiarity with wholesale platforms such as NuORDER (or similar tools like JOOR).
