Are great opportunity for a commercially driven Account Manager to join a high-growth, tech-driven agency within the ecommerce space, focusing on Amazon.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with household-name brands across Amazon Vendor and Seller Central platforms, helping to drive strategy, performance, and long-term success.
What Youβll Do
As an Account Manager, youβll manage key client relationships, support strategic planning, and collaborate closely with internal experts to deliver exceptional results.
Your responsibilities will include:
πΉ Acting as the day-to-day contact for client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships
πΉ Developing and executing Amazon Retail strategies to improve presence and performance
πΉ Managing listing optimization (IDQ, PDP content, Parent/Child ASINs, etc.)
πΉ Monitoring account health and coordinating stock and Buy Box improvements
πΉ Supporting Amazon Advertising campaigns alongside internal media specialists
πΉ Analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities using proprietary tools
πΉ Preparing insightful reports and performance reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
πΉ Collaborating with creative, content, and technical teams to deliver cohesive client solutions
Theyβre after someone whoβs proactive, analytical, and eager to learn.
Ideally, youβll bring:

1β3 years of experience in an Amazon-focused or eCommerce account management role

Strong communication skills β written and verbal
β
A passion for data β and using it to drive client success
β
Solid knowledge of Amazon Vendor or Seller Central (preferred but not essential)
β
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with sales analytics tools
β
A self-starter attitude and desire to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
β
Previous experience in a digital agency or consultancy is a plus
