We're hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling fintech business thatβs transforming how merchants manage and grow their payments ecosystem. They're looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to join their Operations team and play a key role in driving customer success, revenue growth, and product adoption.
πΌ The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to join a high-performing team at the heart of a cutting-edge payments company. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key merchants β owning relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring rapid onboarding and product adoption.
You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Integrations, Commercial, and Finance teams β acting as the voice of the customer while delivering clear commercial impact.
π Location: London (Hybrid β 3 days in the office)

π What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Own and grow relationships with SME and mid-market merchants
β’ Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for key clients
β’ Drive upsell and cross-sell across the payments product suite
β’ Lead QBRs and maintain structured account plans
β’ Monitor account performance and forecast revenue
β’ Become a product expert and share best practices with clients
β’ Use data tools (Excel, Looker, Metabase) to analyse trends and drive strategy
β’ Collaborate internally to improve product and service delivery

What We're Looking For
β’ 2+ years in an Account Manager or Customer Success role within eCommerce or Payments
β’ A proven track record of exceeding commercial targets
β’ Experience in upselling/cross-selling and building long-term relationships
β’ Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing revenue targets
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
β’ Comfortable analysing data to drive strategic decisions
β’ Proactive, solutions-focused, and thrives in fast-paced environments
