About The Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition and Retention, you will be a key player in the marketing team, responsible for the hands-on management and execution of our entire paid acquisition strategy. You will work closely with the Community Manager on influencer and affiliate activity, and collaborate with the Brand, Creative, and E-commerce Trading teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey from first click to conversion. This role will also involve managing relationships with our paid media agency partners and ad-tech providers. Requirements β€’ Paid Media Management: Own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of all paid media channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and Retargeting to drive efficient customer acquisition β€’ Budget & Performance Optimisation: Manage and track paid media spend against budget, continuously optimising campaigns to meet and exceed CPA/CAC and ROAS targets β€’ Creative Strategy & Testing: Collaborate with the Creative and Brand teams to develop and test high-performing ad content (visual and copy) that reflects the brand Style Guide while maximising commercial return β€’ Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Work closely with the Influencer Manager to support the execution of affiliate and influencer campaigns, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for paid amplification β€’ Creative Community Marketing: Work closely with the Creative Community Exec to support to identify and gifted seeding that may generate opportunities for paid amplification β€’ Reporting & Analytics: Analyse campaign and channel performance data to produce regular, insightful reports for the Head of Acquisition and Retention, providing clear recommendations for optimisation and future strategy β€’ Channel Expansion & Testing: Support the Head of Acquisition and Retention in testing and exploring new acquisition channels and opportunities, including offline media, to unlock incremental reach and performance About You: β€’ Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, social, display, affiliates) to drive performance in a D2C environment β€’ Experience managing and tracking significant paid media budgets to deliver against performance targets (CPA, CAC, ROAS) β€’ Proficiency with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) and experience using data to drive campaign optimisations β€’ A proactive and analytical problem-solver with a strong test-and-learn mindset β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to report on performance and present findings clearly to marketing leadership β€’ Experience in a fast-paced D2C e-commerce environment β€’ Experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care sector β€’ Understanding of attribution modelling and its role in optimising channel mix Benefits β€’ This is a great opportunity to make a real impact and join the business in its next stage of growth having just launched in the US. β€’ Agile Working Policy β€’ Employee discounts on our products β€’ Access to perks, deals and discounts via our HR platform β€’ Funny, kind and inclusive work environment.
