Role description
At Kings Entertainment Inc., we’re on a mission to revolutionize online entertainment. Our upcoming Social Casino project is set to launch in September 2025, and we’re seeking a talented Acquisition Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end user acquisition funnel, from campaign setup to performance analysis. Location: 100% remote from UK; Cyprus; Malta or Gibraltar Salary: £55K / $74K / €63K gross per year Employment Type: Full-Time (B2B Independent Contractor, 40 hours per week) Must Experience: • Ability to manage the end-to-end technical implementation of acquisition campaigns across multiple channels Bonus points for: • User Acquisition experience in B2C online casino / social casino / sweep stakes games. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning - Develop and execute the user acquisition strategy. • Campaign Management - Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Paid Acquisition Marketing channels including META, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic advertising. • Performance Analytics - Monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV to improve acquisition efficiency. • Audience Targeting - Use audience segmentation and behavioural data to identify and attract high-value users. • Collaboration - Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling ad content and collaborate with the product team to align marketing efforts with user needs. • Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. • Budget Management - Manage and allocate acquisition budgets effectively to maximize ROI. • Vendor Relationships - Partner with ad networks, affiliates, and other third-party platforms to expand acquisition efforts. Requirements: • Ability to manage the end-to-end technical implementation of acquisition campaigns across multiple channels • Strong expertise in paid user acquisition strategies and tools. • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting KPIs. • Knowledge of retention strategies and a holistic understanding of the user lifecycle. • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
