Role description
Weβre Hiring!
Weβre looking for a highly organized, adaptable coordinator to serve as the founderβs right hand. This role is all about execution β keeping day-to-day operations, admin tasks, and order flow moving seamlessly so nothing falls through the cracks. Youβll work across Shopify, fulfillment, wholesale, and customer support, with the flexibility to assist on special projects like photo shoot prep or partnership sends.
Responsibilities
Shopify & Order Support
β’ Upload and update products, images, and descriptions
β’ Maintain organized product tags and collections
β’ Update orders (address changes, cancellations, refunds, special requests)
β’ Communicate with the fulfillment center daily to resolve order/shipping issues
β’ Enter influencer and partnership orders provided by the marketing team
Operations & Admin
β’ Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets, PO trackers, and ETAs
β’ Assist with wholesale partner requests β sending order forms, tracking shipments, preparing sample sends
β’ Help prepare items and coordinate logistics for photo shoots or events
β’ Manage light correspondence on behalf of the founder (customers, partners, vendors as needed)
Customer Service & Cross-Team Coordination
β’ Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, brand-aligned tone
β’ Handle returns, exchanges, and order problem-solving
β’ Partner internally with the Supply Chain Manager to communicate any factory-related needs or issues that affect customer orders
β’ Act as a middle ground between the customer and our 3PL to resolve fulfillment issues quickly and effectively
Special Projects
β’ Jump in wherever needed β from organizing Dropbox folders to helping send out press packages
β’ Support one-off founder tasks that help keep the business moving
Requirements
β’ Shopify backend experience (products, orders, collections)
β’ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
β’ Excellent written communication for customer/partner emails
β’ Highly organized and resourceful with a can-do attitude
β’ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
β’ Basic Canva skills for quick creative needs
Nice to Have
β’ Wholesale order support experience
β’ E-commerce or retail background
β’ Familiarity with fulfillment workflows
