Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Adobe campaign. This role involves leveraging Adobe Campaign Standard to deliver personalized customer experiences and drive business growth.
You will lead the execution and continuous optimization of email marketing programs across ecommerce, nurture, and drip campaigns. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end campaign strategyβfrom creative build to segmentation to A/B testing and performance reporting. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all campaigns are timely, relevant, and data-driven, while also playing a key role in growing and maintaining a healthy, engaged subscriber base.
Duties:
β’ Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns including ecommerce promotions, business rewards and triggered workflows.
β’ Manage and optimize email database segmentation, and list growth strategies.
β’ Expertise level in building audiences within Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) and applying key data points to build out customized segmented lists for customized deployments.
β’ Develop and maintain customer journeys and audience workflows within Adobe.
β’ Execute ongoing A/B testing across subject lines, content, creative, and send timing to continuously improve performance.
β’ Monitor email KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate), analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Copywriter, Design Team, and Analytics,) to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
β’ Manage the campaign deployments within Adobe
β’ Create and distribute weekly reporting dashboards and performance recaps to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
β’ Minimum Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign development, with expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic.
β’ Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Strong working knowledge of AEP and its integration with Adobe Campaign
β’ Campaign Configuration: Proficiency in configuring and implementing marketing workflows, email templates, and data integrations within Adobe Campaign.
β’ Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL) and experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
β’ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in campaign execution and platform integrations.
β’ Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
β’ Preferred Certifications: Adobe Campaign certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert β Adobe Campaign Classic) would be a plus.
