Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead IT strategy formulation and solution delivery within the Sales and Marketing product areas. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products — specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) — along with a strong background in enterprise architecture, application modernization, and marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and apply architectural principles to guide technology decisions and lead application modernization and rationalization efforts.
• Analyze the current technology landscape to identify gaps and recommend improvements in collaboration with cross-functional architecture and delivery teams.
• Design and implement Line of Business Technology Architecture (reference architecture) aligned with business goals and IT strategies.
• Develop end-to-end solution roadmaps that define future state architecture, initiative scope, and delivery sequencing.
• Align capital programs with enterprise strategy while leveraging existing capabilities across the business.
• Lead governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Communicate the value and outcomes of enterprise architecture initiatives to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation by enabling strategic risk-taking, driving change management, and mentoring team members.
• Engage with industry trends and represent the organization within the healthcare technology community.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), e-commerce, MarTech, or CRM domains.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe suite of products:
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology solutions within large IT organizations.
• Proven experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and communicating technology strategies to senior executives.
• Strong background in developing business cases and estimating competing solution alternatives.

• 3+ years of experience in application modernization and rationalization.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methods and planning.
