About Us: Favored is a video commerce company partnering with platforms, brands and creators to grow engagement, community and sales through shoppable video on multiple platforms. A top TikTok Shop partner, we work with clients ranging from large global companies to innovative small businesses. At heart, we are a left brain/right brain mix of creatives, techies and business people who enjoy working together to make great content and products. We are looking to fill a new position on our Creator Affiliate Strategy Team to help us source creators, and manage paid collaborations with creators. About You: You love TikTok, have excellent communication skills, an interest and affinity for working with creators on social commerce, and the ability to understand data. You are also highly organized and capable of managing projects from start to finish. • Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging written content • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel Position Specifics: • Full time with benefits • Hybrid role; LA-based • What you will be doing: • Accessing, using and managing the TikTok Shop Creator Affiliate Platform • Identifying and reaching out to creators for paid collaborations • Managing campaign budgets for brand clients and negotiating with creators as needed • Managing communication with creators • Executing creator campaigns and managing campaign collateral, deal memos, and deliverables • Monitoring creator content, spotting issues and opportunities • Develop engaging written content, ensuring clear, persuasive, and creator-friendly messaging Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- able to connect with creators • Detail-oriented, organized and able manage tasks and priorities • TikTok user who is informed on current trends and features • BA degree • Experience with influencer or marketing is a plus
