Role description
MUST BE LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA OR NEW YORK Are you an affiliate marketing pro with a passion for growth? We're hiring an Affiliate Channel Manager to own and grow our pharma ad agency client's affiliate program. You'll manage their entire affiliate channel, from developing publisher strategies to coordinating with other marketing teams. You'll be the main point of contact for agencies, networks, and publishers, handling relationships, payments, and day-to-day execution. A key part of the job is identifying and negotiating new partnerships and constantly monitoring KPIs to optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI. You'll also work closely with internal teams, including Brand, E-Commerce, and Marketing Analytics, to boost the program's impact. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in managing and executing a performance-based affiliate marketing program across content publishers, traditional affiliate publishers, and influencer/partnership programs. Experience building a program from scratch is a bonus. • Experience in the beauty/skincare industry.
