Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Internship (Fall Semester) Location: New York, NY About Motom Motom is where creators and brands collaborate to drive commerce. Through Motom’s multi-brand storefronts and our white-label social commerce platform, Anchor by Motom, we help creators and brands collaborate in easier, more impactful ways. We’re a small but fast-growing team building the future of the creator economy — and we’re looking for a motivated fall intern to join us. About the Role As an Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the Partner Strategy & Execution teams to support creators, drive brand initiatives with iconic brands across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, and strengthen Motom’s social presence. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, and startup operations. This is a paid opportunity. The Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Intern should be available for 10-15 hours per week from mid-September to mid-December in New York, NY, with some hours in our NoMad office. What You’ll Do • Prep, attend, and recap creator and client meetings • Maintain content calendars and execution timelines • Pull reports, monitor trends, and formulate insights • Data maintenance, ensuring creator/brand information is accurate and up to date • Assist with case study prep by pulling data and visuals • Social media monitoring, community management, and content creation • Update creator and brand-facing resources like FAQs and best practice guides • Document internal processes and best practices • Research, vet, and organize creator profiles for onboarding and outreach • Track affiliate performance and identify top creators to spotlight What We’re Looking For • College senior, recent graduate, or early-career professional • Strong interest in the creator economy and social commerce • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms • Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience in the creator economy and affiliate marketing • Exposure to both creator-facing and brand-facing business functions • Mentorship from leaders in creator partnerships and marketing tech
