About the Role
We are seeking a driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team at vCommission. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, and driving revenue through strong relationship management.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across multiple verticals.
• Pitch offers, provide tracking links, and ensure affiliates have all necessary campaign details.
• Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships via calls, chats, and emails.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and share feedback regularly.
• Resolve affiliate queries promptly and ensure accurate reporting & reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling campaigns.
Requirements
• Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, etc.) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
