Role description

Responsibilities: • Partner Management: Maintain and grow relationships with affiliate partners via email, calls, newsletters, and forums to maximise revenue generation. • Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard new affiliates to run CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns. • Negotiation & ROI Analysis: Negotiate deal terms and analyze campaign activity to ensure maximum ROI. • Budget Management: Oversee the affiliate budget, including commission payouts and spend tracking. • Payment & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management. • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, creative, and web development teams to optimize acquisition strategies. • Networking: Represent the company at professional exhibitions, conventions, and forums to expand the partner network. • Content Creation: Develop unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters and create promotions/tournaments to engage partners. • Compliance: Stay updated on affiliate marketing best practices and relevant regulations. Requirements: • Experience: 3+ years in an Affiliate Manager role, preferably in the gambling industry. • Skills: • Effective sales and negotiation abilities • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Multitasking and deadline management in fast-paced environments • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming industry.
