Role description
An established online retailer is looking for a commercially minded Affiliate Manager to take ownership of its global affiliate partnerships, with a strong focus on growth across the UK, Europe, and North America. This is a standalone role offering full autonomy to shape the affiliate channel into a performance-driven growth engine.
The position sits within the wider marketing function and will report directly to the digital lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling affiliate strategy across both mature and emerging markets.
What you'll be doing...
• Managing a portfolio of affiliate partners and networks to drive consistent growth across key regions.
• Sourcing and onboarding a varied mix of affiliates, including voucher partners, CSS providers, content creators, and influencers.
• Analysing performance data to identify areas of opportunity.
• Working closely with internal teams to support campaign planning, localisation efforts, and promotional rollouts.
• Building long-term relationships with publishers, journalists, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Leading market-specific affiliate expansion plans, tailoring strategies to suit local audience behaviour.
What we're looking for...
• A proven background in affiliate marketing, ideally within eCommerce.
• Experience managing affiliate programs across the UK, with exposure to European or US markets
• Strong understanding of publisher types, tracking platforms, and the broader affiliate ecosystem.
• Able to demonstrate clear success in growing affiliate-driven revenue from the ground up.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics
• Confident in external-facing situations, capable of representing the brand professionally.
• Highly organised, with a natural ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
Please note due to high volumes of applications unfortunately we are not always able to respond to all unsuccessful applicants. However we wish everyone who applies the very best with their job search.
