About the Role
Fanatics is looking for a strategic, data-driven Affiliate Marketing Lead to build and lead our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts across EMEA. Based in Manchester, this role gives you the chance to work with some of the biggest names in global sport β including PSG, Chelsea, the NFL, and F1.
Youβll work closely with the Ecommerce Director to shape a new, high-performing team of three, with a mandate to scale affiliate revenue, sharpen performance tracking, and create best-in-class partnerships across content, media, and influencer channels.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Own and execute multi-brand affiliate marketing strategies across EMEA
β’ Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate programs, focusing on content creators, influencer-affiliates, and media partners
β’ Hire, lead, and mentor a growing team of affiliate marketing specialists
β’ Analyse campaign performance data to drive efficiency and optimise spend
β’ Build strong partner relationships (publishers, agencies, platforms)
β’ Collaborate across internal teams: marketing, product, creative, and finance
β’ Provide regular reporting on channel performance and growth opportunities to senior leadership
β’ Leverage Impact.com for tracking, contracting, reporting, and payments
β’ Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing; multi-program or multi-brand experience preferred
β’ Leadership experience managing teams or mentoring junior marketers
β’ Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with attribution and ROI data
β’ Excellent communicator with strong relationship management skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
β’ Experience with influencer-affiliates and content-driven acquisition strategies
β’ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and affiliate platforms
β’ Agency-side experience is a strong plus
β’ Manchester-based or open to relocating (3+ days/week in-office is standard)
