Affiliate Marketing Manager Are you a performance marketing expert with a flair for partnerships? Do you thrive on building win-win relationships with publishers and creators? Can you scale an affiliate program from scratch and make it fly? MacGregor Black is supporting a scaling beauty brand on their search for an Affiliate Marketing Manager. This is a newly created role based in Dubai. As Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll build and manage a high-performing affiliate program. From influencers to cashback sites and content partners, you’ll identify, onboard, and grow a network of traffic-driving partners aligned with the brand’s identity. Key Responsibilities: • Own and scale the affiliate marketing strategy globally. • Identify and recruit top-performing partners and influencers. • Monitor KPIs and optimise program performance across key metrics (ROI, CPA, AOV). • Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure engaging offers and assets. • Test new platforms and tactics to expand the partner ecosystem. • Manage affiliate platforms such as Impact, AWIN, or Rakuten. • Ensure brand consistency across affiliate content and campaigns.
