Role description
Our client, an in-house advertising agency located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team. This on-site position is ideal for someone with 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing or paid media who is eager to support and learn from a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager while also contributing to the broader Demand Generation team. The perfect candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. They should possess a strong strategic mindset, be a creative thinker, and have experience growing a program, generating new ideas and tactics, and improving campaign performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns with adherence to performance milestones.
β’ Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and budgets, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
β’ Manage and support relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring timely communication and fostering new partnership opportunities.
β’ Generate accurate performance reports, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaign results.
β’ Track affiliate contributions to revenue growth, ensuring accuracy across reporting and tracking systems
β’ Assist with budget management, maintaining records, and financial reports, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
β’ Act as a key point of contact for in-house bookkeeping systems and cross-functional coordination of marketing plans (MPN)
β’ Collaborate with the Demand Generation team, supporting broader marketing initiatives and promotional submissions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
β’ 5β7 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
β’ Strong understanding of affiliate campaign management, optimization strategies, and performance tracking
β’ Proficiency in reporting, tracking, and data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Looker Studio
β’ Comfort managing large, complex marketing budgets, including those in the several-hundred-thousand-per-month range
β’ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Commission Junction is a plus.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
β’ Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
β’ Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
