At Mario Badescu Skin Care, we're on a mission to change the way people experience beauty. We're growing fast—and we’re looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to help scale our performance marketing strategy through affiliate and partnership channels.
Position Summary:
As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll own the affiliate strategy and execution across all digital platforms. You’ll work closely with influencers, media partners, affiliate networks, and content publishers to drive traffic, boost sales, and grow brand awareness. This role is both strategic and hands-on—ideal for someone who’s analytical, proactive, and passionate about beauty and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Affiliate Program Strategy
• Develop, execute, and scale the affiliate marketing strategy across key platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Rakuten, LTK, etc.).
• Identify and onboard high-quality affiliates, from content creators to publishers and coupon/deal sites.
• Build commission structures, promotions, and incentives that align with ROI goals.
• Partner Management
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and key partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for daily communications, performance updates, and campaign support.
• Negotiate rates and placements to optimize results and profitability.
• Campaign Management
• Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns for new product launches, promos, and seasonal initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets, links, tracking codes, and UTM parameters.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, and e-comm teams to maintain messaging consistency.
• Analytics & Optimization
• Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate KPIs (conversion rate, CPA, ROI, etc.).
• Use insights to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Regularly audit affiliate performance to eliminate low-value or non-compliant partners.
• Compliance & Best Practices
• Ensure affiliates adhere to FTC guidelines and brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' affiliate strategies.
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or wellness space.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing.
• Proficiency with affiliate tools like Impact, Partnerize, ShareASale, or Awin.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel, Google Analytics, or Looker.
• Self-starter with excellent project management and time management skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and content-driven commerce.
