Role description
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale an affiliate programme. This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-moving B2B SaaS team, where you’ll be responsible for building and optimising affiliate acquisition channels. You will be the dedicated owner of affiliate marketing, while collaborating closely with product marketing, partnerships, content, and design to ensure strong alignment and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup or small business environment, and is eager to apply their experience to build a high-performing affiliate channel that drives growth. Responsibilities • ● Own affiliate onboarding, enablement, and incentives. • ● Monitor affiliate performance, quality & optimise partner mix. • ● Work with design/content to create and maintain relevant content (eg onboarding, partner programme promotion & recruitment). • ● Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging and ensure accurate positioning. • ● Drive recruitment of new affiliates via outreach, other marketing channels or via agency partners. • ● Day-to-day management of any third parties/agencies and partner communication. • Accountabilities • ● Growth of the affiliate channel as a contributor to new trials/signups, customers and revenue. • ● Quality of leads/signups generated and ROI on affiliate spend (including commissions and agency fees). • Experience • ● Previous experience in a similar affiliate management role in B2B SaaS or tech. • ● Track record of building, managing, and scaling affiliate or partner programmes. • ● Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving success independently within a small team environment, taking ownership and initiative. • ● Strong collaborator who can work across marketing, partnerships, and product functions. • ● Skilled in working with and managing third-party agencies and suppliers. • ● Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving success independently The company launched 15 years ago, following the founders' frustration with existing customer relationship management (CRM) services that were either too simple or too complex for most businesses.
