Affiliate Marketing Executive Lytham – Hybrid (3 days a week in office) £25,000 – £30,000 The Company This fast-growing retail brand is looking to bring on a driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to support their growth in this critical channel. If you're early on in your digital marketing journey and keen to specialise in affiliate – this could be your ideal next step. The Role This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll take full ownership of the affiliate marketing channel. You’ll report into experienced marketing leadership and work closely with wider digital teams to drive performance. It’s a fast-paced, commercial environment – but team fit is just as important as capability, so expect a sociable and supportive setup. Key Responsibilities • Lead all affiliate marketing activity from planning to execution • Own and develop publisher relationships – think cashback, voucher, and loyalty platforms • Brief in campaigns, manage approvals, and allocate budgets • Use Google Analytics and Excel to monitor performance and surface insights • Report on channel performance, identifying opportunities to optimise • Represent the brand at affiliate events and build strong industry relationships • Support broader digital marketing campaigns when needed (some exposure to content) About You • You’ve got a grounding in affiliate marketing, with a passion for partnerships • Confident using Google Analytics and Excel to track and report on performance • You’re commercially minded – able to think strategically while getting stuck into the detail • Strong communicator with a natural flair for relationship-building Why Apply?
