About the Role
Weβre looking for a driven, enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our affiliate and influencer marketing programs at Fanatics. Based in Manchester, this role offers the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in global sport β including PSG, Chelsea, NFL, and F1.
Reporting to the Affiliate Marketing Lead, youβll help manage multiple brand programs, drive performance through data-led strategies, and build strong relationships across the affiliate landscape. This is an ideal role for someone with 1β2 years of experience in affiliate marketing whoβs ready to take the next step β working in a fast-paced environment, immersed in sport, and hungry to grow.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Support and optimise affiliate and influencer campaigns using performance data, attribution insights, and ROI analysis
β’ Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, media agencies, platforms, and influencers
β’ Collaborate with internal teams (trading, creative, CRM) to identify commercial opportunities and deliver aligned activity
β’ Report on key KPIs, campaign results, and partner performance to the Affiliate Marketing Lead and wider business
β’ Use Impact.com to manage contracts, tracking, reporting, and commission payments
β’ Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new affiliate opportunities
β’ Represent Fanatics confidently within the sports and affiliate marketing community
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 1β2 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, ideally across multiple brands or programs
β’ A proactive mindset and willingness to build and nurture relationships
β’ Strong analytical skills β confident working with data to identify trends and insights
β’ Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-moving environment
β’ Familiarity with standard tools like Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint
β’ Agency-side experience is a plus
β’ Based in or open to relocating to Manchester (3+ days/week in-office is standard)
β’ A candidate that is currently operating at Affiliate Executive or equivalent level
