Job Title: Affiliate Program Manager Department: Marketing Reports To: Sr Director of Performance Marketing Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an end-of-year performance-based bonus . Compensation is determined based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and qualifications. Candidates in higher cost-of-living areas or with exceptional expertise may fall above this range. Position Overview We’re seeking a growth-minded and partnership-savvy Affiliate Program Manager to scale and optimize our affiliate marketing program. This role will lead strategy, network management, and partner acquisition to expand our brand reach and drive revenue through high-impact affiliate relationships. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate programs, with deep knowledge of affiliate networks, partnership structures, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Strategy & Growth • Own the end-to-end affiliate marketing program, including strategy, execution, and optimization • Identify and recruit new high-quality affiliates across health, wellness, lifestyle, and relevant verticals • Manage affiliate partnerships, platforms, and networks (e.g., ShareASale , Impact, CJ, etc.) • Negotiate affiliate terms and commission structures to ensure profitability and competitiveness Performance & Optimization • Monitor affiliate performance KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) • Launch and optimize campaigns, promotions, and creative assets tailored to key affiliate segments • Conduct regular program audits and competitive analyses to identify new growth opportunities • Collaborate with analytics to build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with brand, product, and creative teams to align messaging and campaign assets • Coordinate with lifecycle and paid media teams to create synergy across all acquisition channels • Report program performance and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate programs, ideally in consumer wellness, telehealth, or DTC • Proven track record managing affiliate networks and partnerships with performance accountability • Experience with affiliate platforms like Impact, ShareASale , or similar Technical & Analytical Skills • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, and optimization • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar reporting platforms • Comfortable working with UTMs, links, pixels, and creative testing Soft Skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment What We Offer • Competitive pay that reflects your experience and the impact you bring • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer match to support your long-term financial goals • Generous PTO and a flexible remote work environment that supports work-life balance • Exclusive perks through Ivim At Work, including discounts on Ivim services, wellness offerings, and products
