Affiliate and Social Commerce Manager We're looking for an enthusiastic, sales- and detail-oriented social commerce and marketplace manager to join our fast growing team! What You'll Own: Creator & Affiliate Marketing (Amazon Creator Connections, TikTok Shop) • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators through Amazon Creator Connections and TikTok Shop Affiliate Center • Support creators with product seeding, brand briefs, and real-time campaign support • Track and optimize performance metrics (clicks, conversions, ROI) to improve program efficiency • Develop and distribute creative briefing materials to align creators with brand voice and strategy • Work closely with internal Marketing Team & TikTok Team to leverage top performing affiliates across the beauty space as well as brand partners Paid Media (Brand, Retail & TikTok): • Help manage performance across TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging paid platforms • Launch and monitor campaigns that drive both direct sales and traffic across platforms • Develop testing frameworks to iterate quickly on creative, copy, and audiences • Staying abreast of the newest ad features and functionalities across platforms and continuously recommending new tests • Write clear, concise creative briefs for paid ads, marketplace content, and affiliate programs based on high performing assets • Collaborate with designers, content producers, and UGC creators to develop platform-native assets • Analyze ad creative performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and translate findings into actionable creative iterations • Help guide the development of UGC, live shopping content, and branded ad formats for marketplaces and social • Manage & launch clear & concise creative A/B tests across platforms and aggregate learnings to continuously improve performance. Social Commerce + Marketplace Execution: • Manage growth strategy across Amazon and TikTok Shop, including listings, reviews, SEO, promotions, and advertising • Help optimize Amazon PPC and TikTok Shop ad campaigns to drive ROAS and customer acquisition • Track seller metrics, and competitive performance to guide decision-making • Develop channel-specific creative needs and partner with design to ensure optimal presentation • Participate in marketplace campaigns • Utilize the newest marketplace tools & features Performance Tracking & Growth Optimization: • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across performance channels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis • Provide insights on budget allocation, growth strategy, and channel performance Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing for a DTC or omnichannel brand • Proven success managing creator-driven affiliate marketing and marketplace growth (Amazon, TikTok Shop) • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other ad platforms • Strong creative instincts—can brief and optimize high-performing ad content in partnership with creative teams • Data-driven and highly organized with experience in tools like GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify, and Excel • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both creatives and analysts Salary • Salary range $80,000-90,000 (Note, the actual salary is highly dependent on the candidate's qualifications.) • 3 weeks vacation • Health benefits • 401k Option • Company discounts and other perks Ellis Brooklyn is dedicated to hiring a diverse workplace that celebrates an inclusive culture and a sense of belonging.
