As The Affiliate Specialist You Will
β’ Campaign Management: Lead tasks related to affiliate program recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, creation of creative assets, and comprehensive reporting. Ensure program integrity and alignment with client objectives.
β’ Performance Tracking & Optimization: Develop and implement effective strategies and tactical plans to achieve client goals. Oversee the execution of these plans to ensure success and client satisfaction.
β’ Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze program data to identify opportunities for growth and pinpoint issues needing resolution. Use insights to drive program optimization and enhance performance.
β’ Collaboration: Craft and maintain relationships with a diverse set of publishers. Ensure constant communication and optimize relationships with credible publishers to maximize program success.
β’ Client Communication: Act as a regular point of contact for clients, addressing strategic and account questions. Participate actively in weekly client calls and manage follow-up communications effectively.
β’ Strategy: In partnership with Sr leader, develop and implement a long-term affiliate marketing strategy and vision that aligns with the brand's overall goals, ensuring sustainable growth, brand visibility, and the expansion of high-impact partnerships.
Professional Qualifications
β’ 2-3 of experience in online marketing or e-commerce, with a requirement for direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, publisher, network) roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns [with budgets of Insert $ amount if relevant]
β’ Familiarity with Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (Impact Radius, Rakuten Marketing, Commission Junction, etc.) required
β’ Preferably has experience in affiliate recruitment, fraud management, relationship-building, daily program operations, budget management and analytics
β’ Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple geographies (e.g., US, UK, and other international markets).
β’ Proven track record in affiliate recruitment, fraud management, relationship-building, daily program operations, budget management, and analytics.
β’ Working knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
β’ Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
β’ Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
β’ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
