The Role
We are seeking an AI Business Operations Manager who can leverage AI tools and platforms to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation in our e-commerce business. This is not a programming role — instead, you will act as an AI super-user, constantly testing and applying the latest AI software and agents to solve business problems and create competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
AI Tool Application
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI SaaS tools for e-commerce, marketing, and data analysis.
• Manage AI-driven workflows for content generation, product listing optimization, reporting, and customer engagement.
• Stay on top of emerging AI tools and best practices, and train the team to adopt them.
Marketplace Operations
• Use AI to improve product GEO, SEO, keyword targeting, and content quality across a wide range of marketplaces.
• Apply AI tools for competitor tracking, price monitoring, and assortment ranking analysis.
• Support AI-enhanced inventory forecasting and demand planning across multiple regions.
AI in Marketing
• Deploy AI to optimize PPC campaigns (across search engines, retail media networks, and social platforms).
• Manage creative assets (product images, lifestyle visuals, A+ content, videos).
• Use AI to segment customer data and personalize campaigns.
Insights & Reporting
• Leverage AI dashboards and analytics tools to track KPIs, spot trends, and recommend actions.
• Share AI-driven insights with leadership to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AI tools / platforms such as:
• E-commerce optimization: CommerceIQ, Pacvue, Teikametrics, ChannelAdvisor, JungleScout, Helium10.
• Marketing automation & creative AI : Klaviyo, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva.
• Analytics & GEO insights: SimilarWeb, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Meta Advantage+.
Strong knowledge of multi-channel e-commerce operations, with proven ability to adapt to new and emerging platforms.
Data-oriented mindset; ability to interpret marketplace dashboards and AI-generated insights.
Excellent communication skills — able to train and influence cross-functional teams.
Background in home furnishings or consumer goods is a plus.
