Role description
Job Description O3 is enhancing its core offerings to drive smarter performance through AI-enhanced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and digital experience. The Digital Analytics Strategist will play a key role in this transformation, transforming complex behavioral and performance data into actionable insights to fuel personalization, experimentation, and business growth. • To Note: This contract role is approved for 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours based on project demand. Responsibilities: • Data Strategy & Visualization: • • Build and maintain dashboards that reflect AI-driven KPIs like engagement scores and user intent. • Develop reports that support strategic decision-making and highlight performance trends. • Analytical Insights: • • Analyze internal and external data sources to uncover user behavior trends and performance opportunities. • Use AI-powered tools to deliver predictive insights and inform optimization tactics. • Partner with strategy, UX, and engineering teams to enhance content delivery. • Best Practices & Stakeholder Engagement: • • Establish and enforce best practices for analytics tagging and data audits. • Lead KPI discovery aligned with business goals. • Act as SME for integrating data across marketing, sales, financial, and product domains. • Facilitate communication and trust among stakeholders. Requirements: • 5+ years in data visualization with dashboard/reporting design experience. • 3+ years experience with tools like DOMO, Tableau, and Google Analytics (GA4 included). • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Hands-on with tagging tools (GTM, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Segment). • Experience with analysis tools like SQL, Python, SPSS (a plus). • Familiarity or interest in AI-enhanced analytics and personalization strategies. • Exposure to or interest in AI-enhanced analytics tools, such as predictive modeling, LLM-powered insights platforms, or AI-based CRO tools • Understanding of how data informs personalization, segmentation, or content optimization • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams exploring new uses of AI in digital experience • Proven collaboration in agile environments and with senior stakeholders. • Strong communication and project management skills. • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein, or Qualtrics is a plus.
