Role description
An exciting opportunity has come up for an Amazon Account Executive to join our team at DK Household Brands. We are a premium housewares brand, with a portfolio of distinguished brands including Cole & Mason, Zyliss, Culinare, AdHoc, Ken Hom and Swissmar. We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Account Executive with 1–2 years’ experience in Amazon brand or account management to help grow our Amazon business across the EU. In this role you will develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue, boost brand presence, and optimize performance on the Amazon platform. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth • Develop and execute annual growth strategies to meet financial targets and key performance metrics. • Proactively monitor account performance, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and improve profitability. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Track key customer KPIs, offering actionable insights and driving continuous performance improvement. • Maintain comprehensive data trackers for sales, stock levels, and performance metrics to ensure optimal account health. Amazon Account & Brand Management • Collaborate with the National Account Manager to guide the performance of Amazon Brand Specialists (AVS), setting objectives and conducting Vendor Improvement Plan (VIP) reviews. • Ensure a fully optimized product catalogue with up-to-date listings and high-quality content to enhance the customer experience. • Work with brand and marketing teams to create Amazon-specific content aligned with strategic goals. Price Monitoring & Optimization • Manage competitive pricing strategies, adjusting for promotions, seasonal events, and clearance sales to ensure product visibility and margin protection. Advertising & Promotions • Plan quarterly advertising and marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams. • Lead promotional efforts for seasonal events, category campaigns, and special offers to drive engagement and sales. Inventory & Demand Planning • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability, especially during peak sales periods. • Address SKU discoverability and availability issues to optimize conversion rates and maximize sales. New Product Development Launches • Lead product launches with strategies such as Born to Run, Vine programs, variation grouping, bundling, and targeted advertising to increase visibility and sales. Collaboration & Compliance • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive performance improvements through data-driven insights. • Ensure compliance with company policies and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining brand representation. Process Efficiency & Innovation • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and drive collaboration, enhancing team efficiency and performance. Knowledge & Skills required: • 1–2 years’ proven experience in Amazon account or brand management (Vendor Central, Seller Central), with exposure to performance optimization and growth strategies. • Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay) is an advantage. • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and performance metrics. • Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on team collaboration and results. • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. • Fluency in German or French is a plus; Italian or Spanish is advantageous. • Familiarity with Salsify or similar product information management tools is a bonus.
