Are you ready to make an immediate impact in one of the most dynamic and fast-paced eCommerce environments for one of the world’s largest skincare companies? Join us on a mission to transform how consumers experience beauty and personal care online — with full commercial ownership of the Amazon channel across multiple global legendary brands.
What You’ll Own:
Strategic Collaboration:
Act as the connective tissue across Amazon, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners — from Brand and Supply Chain to Digital Shelf and Media — ensuring alignment and flawless execution.

Support the Joint Business Plan (JBP), lead commercial discussions with Amazon AVS, and activate high-impact test-and-learn initiatives to drive sales, trial, and profitability.
Full P&L Ownership:
Own topline and bottom-line responsibility for the Amazon business, including sales forecasting, trade spend management, co-op alignment, and margin optimization in collaboration with Finance and RGM teams.
Promotional Planning & Execution:
Own the promotional calendar across key events like Prime Day, BFCM, DOTDs, and coupons. Align internal teams on investment strategy, timing, and execution to maximize visibility and ROI.
Forecasting Leadership:
Manage forecasting across brands and categories. Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain to align sales targets with inventory planning and availability.
New Product Launches:
Lead go-to-market strategy for new items — including set-up, content coordination, and launch plans — ensuring visibility, timeliness, and commercial success.
Performance Analytics:
Track and analyze KPIs like POS, conversion, OOS, chargebacks, NetPPM, and SOROOS. Use insights to fuel smarter decisions and protect long-term profitability.
What You’ll Bring:
Amazon Expertise:
8–10+ years managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts, with direct ownership of forecasting, trade, promotions, and performance levers.
