Job Overview Bioworld is seeking an experienced Amazon Ad Manager to lead, strategize, and optimize our pay-per-click advertising efforts across Amazon and other marketplaces. This role requires a data-driven professional with a strong background in e-commerce, digital advertising, and Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate is analytical, innovative, and eager to drive growth in Bioworld’s marketplace segment through cutting-edge marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop and execute high-level PPC strategies for Amazon and other marketplaces to maximize ROAS and revenue growth. β€’ Manage, optimize, and scale ad campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP. β€’ Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and bids to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with business goals. β€’ Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness. β€’ Leverage data analytics and A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. β€’ Oversee the Amazon Brand Store and ensure optimal product visibility through advertising and content strategies. β€’ Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing detailed reporting with actionable insights to management. β€’ Stay ahead of emerging Amazon trends and algorithm changes, implementing best practices to maintain a competitive edge. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with broader marketing and sales strategies. β€’ Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a high-performance PPC marketing team. Qualifications & Skills β€’ 3-5+ years of experience in Amazon PPC advertising and digital media management. β€’ Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising (AMC, DSP, etc.). β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. β€’ Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency and profitability. β€’ Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and PPC analytics tools. β€’ Knowledge of marketplace trends, consumer behavior, and Amazon ranking algorithms. β€’ Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple campaigns. β€’ Experience in e-commerce and familiarity with lifestyle brands and pop culture trends is a plus.
