Role description
SAYN is hiring an Amazon Advertising & Growth Director. This position will be fully in office, in our Miami, FL headquarters. There is no option for Hybrid or Remote, however, relocation assistance will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy:
• Define and own the Amazon growth strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers and purchasing teams
• Collaborate on listing optimization (SEO, keywords, images, titles & bullets) with the brand managers.
Advertising & Performance Marketing:
• Lead and execute all Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and paid media campaigns.
• Optimize ad spend, ACoS and ROAS, defined by each brand's goals
Business Growth:
• Drive topline revenue while improving contribution margin.
• Manage forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting.
• Identify new opportunities for category expansion and international marketplaces.
Analytics & Reporting
• Building out reporting to share with the internal brand managers and the brands
• Communicating strategy with brands
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Amazon marketplace experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling 7–8 figure Amazon businesses
• Deep expertise in Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands/Display)
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Perpetua
• Highly analytical with experience in tools such as Smartscout, Helium10, JungleScout, and Perpetua
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and external partners
• Excellent communication skills and organization
