Role description
We’re seeking a results-driven Amazon Account Manager to optimize our brand’s presence, drive sales growth, and maximize profitability on Amazon’s US marketplace. You’ll be responsible for product listings, PPC campaigns, and account health while leveraging data to make strategic decisions. 1. Listing Optimization & SEO · Optimize SEO, product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content to boost conversion rates (CVR) and organic rankings. · Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. 1. PPC & Advertising Management · Create/manage Sponsored Products, Brands, and relevant campaigns to reduce ACoS and increase ROAS. · Perform ongoing keyword research, bid adjustments, and negative keyword pruning. · Generate data-driven weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly performance reports with actionable insights. · Arrange promotions as directed by the team leader 1. Account Health & Operations · Monitor and resolve order defects, customer feedback, and returns to maintain · Coordinate with Amazon support for urgent issues (listings suppression, policy violations). 1. Data Analysis & Growth · Track organic/PPC sales, margins, and ROI. · Propose new product opportunities based on market trends and demand gaps. Qualifications: Must-Have · 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central. · Proven success in PPC management (ACoS optimization, keyword strategies). · Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Amazon analytics tools. · Strong communication skills (English) to liaise with internal teams/Amazon support.
