Role description
We’re seeking an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join the E-commerce team at our fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand, Brand Threads. In this role, you’ll serve as the subject matter expert for Amazon Marketplace promotion, trading, and targeted search strategies. Your expertise will drive improvements in key metrics, including organic keyword rankings, product visibility, reduced PPC spend, and timely delivery of high-impact campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Optimise Amazon product listings to boost visibility and conversions.
Keep product content accurate and engaging, from images to backend keywords.
Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Prism to find winning keywords.
Turn insights into action to improve rankings, traffic, and sales.
Coordinate with licensors for product approvals and accurate ASIN linking.
Manage and refine PPC campaigns for strong ROAS and competitive ACOS.
Analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

You’ve successfully managed and optimised Amazon Marketplace accounts before.
You understand Amazon algorithms and how to rank products organically.
You can create and refine campaigns that deliver strong ROAS and competitive ACOS.
You’re confident with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Prism.
You use metrics to make smart, profitable decisions.
You ensure every listing is accurate, optimised, and conversion ready.
You work seamlessly with internal teams and external licensors.
You have a track record of driving measurable growth.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including keyword optimisation and product listings.
Proficient with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Prism.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s A10 algorithm, SEO best practices, and ranking strategies.
Experienced in managing both organic and PPC campaigns.
Data-driven with insights into competitor performance.
Demonstrated track record of improving sales and marketplace performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience managing licensed products and liaising with licensors on Amazon.
Experience listing clothing products in the EU or internationally.
Degree in marketing, communications, retail, or a related field.
Knowledge of social media, other e-commerce platforms, and content creation.
