Now, weβre looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Amazon Paid Media Ad Buyer (E-Commerce Manager) to take our brand to the next level.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Own and scale Barsysβ Amazon paid media strategy (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Products/Brands/Display).
β’ Manage large-scale advertising budgets with an ROI-focused mindset.
β’ Drive aggressive sales growth with a goal of scaling to $40M+ in revenue.
β’ Build, optimize, and manage campaigns across Amazon, Walmart.com, and other e-commerce platforms.
β’ Analyze performance metrics daily, identifying trends and optimizing for maximum efficiency.
β’ Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, promotions, and brand goals.
β’ Lead A/B testing strategies for ads, creatives, landing pages, and storefronts.
β’ Stay ahead of Amazon algorithm shifts, competitive activity, and category trends.
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Proven success in scaling e-commerce businesses to $10M-40M+ revenue.
β’ 5+ years of experience running Amazon paid media campaigns at scale.
β’ Strong expertise in Amazon PPC, DSP, and attribution tools.
β’ Highly analytical, with strong skills in data interpretation and performance optimization.
