Role Description Own all Amazon Seller Central functions and partner directly with the CEO to develop products, scale brands, and drive profitable growth. You’ll manage a small team of VAs (ads, A+ / EBC, keywords, images, listings) and think bigβ€”turning data and insights into roadmaps that push our mission forward. What You’ll Do β€’ Run end-to-end Seller Central: catalog hygiene, variations, flat files, Brand Registry, compliance, FBA shipments/replenishment. β€’ Co-lead product development with the CEO: market research, briefs, samples, packaging, launch plans. β€’ Manage and coach VAs/contractors executing PPC, A+ Content, keyword research, imaging, and listing builds. β€’ Plan and execute launches (pricing, coupons, Vine, reviews) and iterate using KPIs (sessions, CVR, TACoS/ROAS). β€’ Solve issues fast: suppressions, IP claims, policy appeals, stranded inventory, VOC/returns root causes. β€’ Maintain simple SOPs, timelines, and a weekly dashboard for leadership. What You Bring β€’ 3+ years hands-on Seller Central experience launching/scaling private-label SKUs. β€’ Strong project management and communication; comfortable working side-by-side with executives. β€’ Fluency in FBA ops, listing creation/A+, catalog fixes, compliance basics. β€’ Data-driven mindset (Sheets/Excel; bonus for Helium10/Jungle Scout). β€’ Team leadership experience with VAs or agencies.
