Role description
Are you an ambitious eCommerce professional ready to take ownership of Amazon and unlock huge growth potential? We’re proud to partner with an exciting health-focused SME, one of the fastest-growing, on-trend, functional brands in the UK. From humble beginnings in the founder’s kitchen, the business has scaled with nationwide listings in Grocery and OOH Channels. With their own production facility, strong retail partnerships, and a mission to change lives through nutrition, this is a brand with serious momentum. eCommerce is already accounting for 50% of the business, but Amazon represents only a fraction of the opportunity. With agencies in place but limited traction, they’re now looking for a dedicated eCommerce / Amazon lead to take full ownership, build strategy, and deliver real results. This is a chance to be the in-house expert, drive Amazon growth in the UK, and shape the roadmap for expansion. Beyond Amazon, there’s scope to explore broader eCommerce channels. This isn’t a maintenance role, it’s a build role. You’ll be stepping into a high-growth environment where you can make a tangible impact, with internal marketing support, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a high-quality, growing brand. Key Responsibilities: • Take full ownership of the Amazon channel, building strategy and executing growth plans • Lead the relationship with Amazon 1P, managing all commercial and operational levers • Drive performance across content, media, search, and promotions, with support from agencies where required • Explore and develop new eCommerce opportunities beyond Amazon (e.g. Ocado, retailer.com) • Work cross-functionally to maximise brand visibility and sales online • Track performance against clear measurables, delivering data-driven results About You: • Proven success in managing Amazon, ideally in FMCG, but broader eCommerce experience is welcome • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can build and shape strategy • Excited by the opportunity to scale Amazon from a small base into a multi-million-pound channel • Proactive, resilient, and motivated to make an impact Step into a high-impact role where you’ll have full visibility, ownership, and influence.
