This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, consultancy-led environment and wants to shape what a modern, insight-driven agency looks like. THE ROLE: You’ll head up the data and analytics offering, owning strategy and delivery across a strong portfolio of global clients. Lead the end-to-end analytics capability across measurement, attribution, and data strategy Act as a trusted advisor to clients—solving complex challenges and turning data into action Partner closely with data engineering and martech teams to build innovative, AI-led solutions Develop and grow the agency’s analytics offering—new products, new services, new thinking Play a key role in shaping the long-term data roadmap for both clients and the business YOUR SKILLS: You’ll bring a balance of technical depth and commercial thinking. You’re comfortable in front of clients and equally confident rolling your sleeves up.
