This role drives revenue through maximizing revenue management, distribution, and on-site reservations opportunities across and within traditional and emerging channels for a region of hotels consisting of no less than four properties. β€’ Serve as the business expert and revenue leader for each region/area hotel regarding market intelligence, seasonal strategy, long term business planning, forecasting and budgeting. β€’ Directs, supports, and develops revenue management talent in the region through mentorship, ongoing education, accountability, empowerment, and best practices. β€’ Trains and supports hotel teams to fully utilize all available tools and systems to maximize revenues and improve business outcomes. β€’ Identifies and raises opportunities for hotels to develop new revenue practices and cultivates new opportunities for revenue capture across all hotel departments. β€’ Executes corporate initiatives and participates in the advancement of the revenue management discipline within the Rosewood Hotel Group Portfolio Essential Duties and Responsibilities: β€’ Executes fact-based yield management, forecasting and business analysis activities in accordance with individual hotel and regional business objectives and corporate guidelines. β€’ Acts as the business partner to the Managing Director, CRO, distribution, sales and operations to positively affect hotel performance in the region on an ongoing basis. β€’ Leads by example and facilitates active talent development plans for regional hotels in both revenue and reservations to develop current team members and recruit best in class new talent. β€’ Establish and maintain a regular procedure for daily, weekly, monthly revenue and forecast review meetings with active participation and leadership. β€’ Contribute to the corporate team in the development and deployment of company-wide revenue initiatives and standard under the guidance of the corporate director of revenue and VP of Sales and Marketing. β€’ Liaises with all third-party system administrators to maintain the health and usability of all business tool and applications. β€’ Champions automation; technology; modern revenue practices along with compliance on company SOP’s. β€’ Models the Company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times. β€’ While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the duties involved in this position, the company reserves the right to add, remove or alter duties when business need dictates. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses.
