Role description
Position Description:
Assists with overseeing all E-Commerce operations, including E-Commerce projects, collections, security, safety, processing sales, Team Member management, financial performance, and margin goals for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Assists with mentoring and training less experienced Team Members. Travels to retail stores to assist in identification of E-Commerce products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
β’ :Maximizes revenue and margin from donated goods through online sales
β’ .Assists with security procedures and audits incoming merchandise for loss control
β’ .Analyzes sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes
β’ .Maximizes sales performance through proper listing, handling, rotation, and shipping of all merchandise
β’ .Assists with business unit operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
β’ .Provides positive and professional working relationships with peers, team members, and outside vendors to ensure effective operation of E-Commerce
β’ .Assists with the proper procedures for handling and sales of E-Commerce merchandise
β’ .Implements and maintains procedures to maximize efficiencies in production, sales, customer service, and receipt of store donations with a focus on continuous improvement
β’ .Ensures proper adherence by store and E-Commerce team members to policies and procedures
β’ .Ensures timeliness and accuracy of all required reports and records
β’ .Builds a high-performing team to maximize donated goods being sent to E-Commerce
β’ .Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance
β’ .Responsible for performance management (coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and annual reviews), staffing, compensation, and development of team members
β’ .Plays critical role in driving company culture change efforts and change management processes
