We are in search of an Assistant Production Artist to join our Production Art team.
• Note: This is NOT a TV/film production position.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Production Artist works to ensure that apparel and souvenirs are produced as intended and provides accurate photos and assets to the e-commerce team for Araca’s webstore sales. The Assistant Production Artist reports to the Senior Manager, Production Artist.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Review art deck designs and advise if adjustments are needed for production needs
· Request and distribute approved art assets
· Set up art files for production using vendor or internal templates
· Review and approve vendor art proofs
· Communicate with vendors as needed to improve proof samples until final results are achieved.
· Use project management/inventory system (NetSuite) to add files and artwork links for the production chain
· Manage neck label bible and create neck labels, and update as needed
· QC produced products
· Take photos of physical goods as requested for webstores
· Communicate upcoming prints for approvals to Account Managers
· Create and distribute tech packs for printers (domestically and internationally)
· Maintain the photo area and camera equipment

· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with a strong understanding of graphic design, layout, and typography
· Experience in producing factory-ready art packs, with strong attention to detail
· 2+ years of professional experience in graphic production or creative roles in the fashion/apparel industry
· Comprehensive understanding of screen-printing processes and techniques to ensure designs are prepared for printing without issues
