For more information visit harvesthill.com. Position Summary We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support the alcohol portfolio which brands include SunnyD Vodka Seltzer & Daily’s Cocktails. SunnyD is an iconic brand and the largest one within the Harvest Hill portfolio. This brand has been growing for several years and recently launched the successful SunnyD Vodka Seltzer product line. Daily’s Cocktails has a rich long history in cocktail mixers and is the leader in ready to drink frozen cocktail pouches. This role is responsible for leading cross functional teams in commercializing innovation, executing marketing communication plans with a focus on social media, developing point of sales communications and managing the budget. The Associate Brand Manager will interact with all functions and levels, multiple agencies and key stakeholders. Primary Position Responsibilities Development and Execution of Marketing Plans: • Manage agency partners for brands social communities including strategy, content development, execution and measurement • Assess and recommend new targeting tactics • Participate in campaign communication development • Post program analysis Commercialization Of Innovation • Project management of cross functional team from concept ideation through production • Management of internal and external legal approvals • Product P/L development • Development of selling materials • Merchandising and POS creation Support Sales • Oversee E-Commerce digital shelf optimizations and retailer media paid strategies • Syndicated analysis to support sales materials • On going POS development and management • Manage brand budgets • Assist with ad hoc projects and sales requests Position Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred • 3+ years of CPG marketing experience, preference in classically trained organization • Alcohol experience a plus • Strong project management and analytical skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, executing multiple projects while acting with sense of urgency • Strong written and oral communication skills • Proven track record of successfully delivering business results • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and agencies
