The Associate, Digital & Commercial Operations will provide executional support across various digital and operational initiatives. This role will take on inventory management responsibilities, support digital processes, and assist in the execution of commercial innovation projects. The associate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

β’ Collaborate with IT and digital teams to troubleshoot system issues & facilitate process improvements.

Inventory & Logistics Management: 40%
β’ Manage day-to-day inventory maintenance, order submissions, reservations, and replenishment tasks for all CS channels.
β’ Maintain strong relationships with all CS channels, field sales, planners, supply chain, distribution teams, and retail operations team to ensure inventory efficiency.
β’ Monitor inventory levels, assess stock availability, and generate reports on trends and sales performance.
β’ Partner with internal teams to maximize selling opportunities and reduce inventory destruction.
β’ Support the execution of product merchandising and assortment strategies to drive sales and maintain margin health.
β’ End-to-end inventory management of ecommerce site including stock requests, inventory reservation management, inventory movement, demand reporting, and assortment strategies
β’ Assortment management and set up for all digital Flash Sales
Team Coordination and Business Support 10%
β’ Provide general administrative support for the CS team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
β’ Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and provide ad-hoc support as needed
β’ Assist in the communication of new business process and system enhancements
β’ Manage expenses for the CS team with the Corporate Meeting Card & Pcard
β’ Organize brand meetings, including presentation development, support materials, gift selection, and coordinating travel & accommodations within budget for events and Training.
Qualifications
β’ 3+ years of work experience with proven skills in retail operations, and/or digital commerce maintenance
β’ Strong organizational and communication skills
β’ High attention to detail and ability to multitask
β’ Experience in inventory management, order processing/logisitics preferred
β’ Proficient in digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new systems
β’ Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting
β’ Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with multiple departments
β’ Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed.
